Lady Gaga, her collaborator Mark Ronson, Travis Scott, Dua Lipa, and St. Vincent are among the round of performers for the 2019 Grammy Awards announced today. The big show takes place this Sunday night, and is being hosted by Alicia Keys. Additionally, a tribute to the late Aretha Franklin will feature performances by Yolanda Adams, Fantasia, and Andra Day. Chloe x Halle are also slated to perform.
Janelle Monáe, Cardi B, Miley Cyrus, Post Malone (with the Red Hot Chili Peppers!!!), Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello (with J Balvin and Young Thug assisting), Brandi Carlile, country duo Dan + Shay, and H.E.R. were all announced as performers in January. The big night will also feature Katy Perry, Little Big Town, Maren Morris and Kacey Musgraves taking part in a tribute to Dolly Parton, with Parton herself singing songs from her new Netflix series Dumplin’. Diana Ross will also perform, as a part of a very-Diana-Ross-sounding “special 75th Diamond Diana birthday performance.”
According to reports today, Ariana Grande will not be performing, due to alleged disagreements with the show’s producers. The Grammys will air on CBS this Sunday at 8pm ET.
