Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks performed music from their new album Sparkle Hard today on CBS This Morning. Malkmus and the band played “Solid Silk.” They also stuck around to talk about the album, as well as his reputation as the alleged “dad of indie rock.” The band also recently unveiled a new short film about the making of the recent album.
