Tame Impala’s Currents came out in the summer of 2015, chock full of dreamy pop-rock hits-on-arrival. Today, fans who have been longing for more from the band’s leader Kevin Parker other than his latest pop-rock forays with the likes of Lady Gaga and Mick Jagger will be edified: there’s some new Currents-related material coming. On November 17, Tame Impala will release Currents Collectors Edition, a stylish vinyl box set featuring B-sides and two unreleased remixes, as well as fresh artwork, a poster, and a zine which goes behind-the-scenes with the recording process. A teaser video for the deluxe edition captures Parker in 2014, building up songs piece-by-piece in his home studio. Watch that and check out images of the full Collectors Edition package below.
