Following unofficial reports in September, the musical guest for February’s Super Bowl LII has been announced, and you might know him: noted pop star and former NSYNC figurehead Justin Timberlake. One of the most infamous moments of Timberlake’s career was appearing with Janet Jackson 14 years ago at the Super Bowl and exposing one of her breasts onstage, leading to a huge controversy which culminated in a FCC investigation and crackdown. Now he is back to prove he can do the Super Bowl right (Janet, meanwhile, is probably banned for life), and he’s announced his intentions formally in a new video with his buddy and partner in comedic crime on the late-night airwaves, Jimmy Fallon. The bit revolves around the pair asking each other if they “have the time,” which they morph, through excessive screaming and repetition in accents, into “do half-time.” Watch below.
