Last night, Rae Sremmurd appeared on The Tonight Show to perform their song “Swang.” The episode coincided with Swae Lee’s 24th birthday, which Jimmy Fallon points out with their introduction. “Swang” was featured on the duo’s last album Sremmlife 2, which dropped in late 2016.
