Liam Payne made his solo television debut in America last night on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, performing “Strip That Down” in front of an elaborate lighting rig and a half-dozen back-up dancers. Missing, though, was Quavo, who, we can only hope, was too busy blowing by fools on the basketball court.
