Fresh off her cover story on the titular magazine’s most recent issue, Cher stopped by the Billboard Music Awards to perform “Believe,” her 1999 megahit, as well as “If I Could Turn Back Time,” her classic from 10 years earlier. Watch her first awards show performances in 15 years below.
