New Jersey indie rock outfit Pinegrove has unveiled a new live album titled Elsewhere, which consists of eight tracks taken from last year’s phenomenal studio debut Cardinal, as well as a few songs from the band’s back catalog. Made available through Bandcamp’s name-your-price option, all proceeds from the album will be donated to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a nonprofit legal advocacy group that specializes in direct action against hate groups and promotes educational programs on tolerance. Last year, Pinegrove joined Run for Cover labelmates Modern Baseball, Crying, mewithoutYou, and others in donating all name-your-price Bandcamp donations to Planned Parenthood.
Elsewhere will also be put out on cassette, available for pre-order now, with tapes scheduled to ship out on March 1st. You can listen to it below.
