Following the announcement of the nominees for 59th Annual Grammy Awards in December, the first round of performers for the ceremony, which will air on CBS on the night of February 12, has been posted. The slate: Metallica, John Legend, and both Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban.

This is a Grammy-heavy crew, even if it’s a pretty unadventurous lineup of performers. They’ve cumulatively scored 29 awards between them in past years, as Billboard points out. This time around, Metallica is up for Best Rock Song with “Hardwired,” Carrie Underwood has a chance at Best Country Solo Performance for “Church Bells,” and Keith Urban has the highest-profile nominations, with nods for Best Country Album and Best Country Song.
