Thinking about the state of rock music, or maybe flipping through the karaoke book, does the phrase “those old Killers classics” run through your brain? Do you like new, splashy vinyl presentations of albums you love? Then good news, friends: Hot on the heels of their 10th anniversary reissue of their Springsteen-tinged sophomore album Sam‘s Town earlier this year (complete with coffee table book), The Killers are preparing to revisit the glory of their breakthrough and greatest work, 2004’s Hot Fuss.

Standard and colored vinyl editions of the hit-heavy album are coming through Universal Music Enterprises on January 13, and can now be preordered.  It’s time to turn saints into the sea and swim through seasick lullabies all over again. [Pitchfork]
