Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard has announced a complete, album-length cover version of Teenage Fanclub’s legendary third album (and SPIN’s pick for Album of the Year back in 1991), BandwagonesqueThe project is part of Turntable Kitchen’s Sounds Delicious, a monthly vinyl subscription service offering entire classic albums as covered by current artists like the Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Mitski, and Mutual Benefit. As such, you can’t hear any of, uh, Gibbardwagonesque yet—nor will you be able to, unless you plan to subscribe to Sounds Delicious and wait until the chosen month (TBA).

As Stereogum helpfully points out, though, Gibbard did cover Teenage Fanclub’s “Everything Flows” for KCRW back in 2013, so there’s that to hold you over.
