Ultra-clever London electropop trio Kero Kero Bonito‘s debut album, Bonito Generation, is streaming ahead of its release next week. The follow-up to 2014’s debut mixtape Intro Bonito includes earlier singles “Lipslap,” “Break,” and “Trampoline,” plus new, Bonito-tastic takes on how hard it is to get up in the morning (“Waking Up”) and what it’s like to live as a pet fish (“Fish Bowl”). Have you ever wanted to know what bubblegum-flavored novelty soda would sound like if it were made out of J-pop-inspired dance beats and liked to party with PC Music? I really can’t recommend Kero Kero Bonito enough.
