Weezer and Wavves Announce Fake Smiles and Nervous Laughter Split 7″

Contaning an unreleased Weezer song, and a Wavves cover of Weezer

If you like your alt-rock bands two at a time, today’s your lucky day: Weezer and Wavves are releasing Fakes Smiles and Nervous Laughter, a split 7″, via Wavves’ frontman Nathan Williams’ label Ghost Ramp. It contains two tracks: a previously unreleased Weezer song called “Fake Smiles and Nervous Laughter,” and a Wavves cover of Weezer B-side “You Gave Your Love to Me Softly.” There isn’t a set release date, but the 7″ is available for pre-sale on September 12 via Ghost Ramp.
