No easier way for a celebrity to earn some extra cred than being able to rap Nicki Minaj’s verse on “Monster.” — it worked for Adele, certainly. Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven) accomplished the feat when the series’ stars guested on last night’s Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
While playing a very Fallon game called “Stranger Strings,” Brown revealed that she had the ability to rap Minaj’s career-making verse. Of course, she proved it by performing a TV-safe snippet.
Brown isn’t the only cast member with vocal abilities. Gaten Matarazzo, who plays Dustin Henderson (the adorable one with the lisp), is also a remarkable singer. Watch Brown rap and Matarazzo sing a national anthem performance at a Mets game that’s more beautiful than the Mets deserve below.
