Marissa Nadler Has More Where That Came From

In May, spectral singer-songwriter Marissa Nadler released Strangers, one of SPIN‘s favorite albums from the first half of 2016. Today, she’s announced a companion EP, Bury Your Name, written and recorded at her home in Boston alongside songs that eventually made it onto Strangers. Judging by its teaser single, “The Best You Ever Had,” Bury Your Name promises to be a spare, delicate distillation of Nadler’s signature gothic style.

Listen to “The Best You Ever Had” and check out a complete track list below. Bury Your Name will be released digitally September 28 by Sacred Bones, and is available for preorder at Nadler’s Bandcamp.
