Chance the Rapper‘s year-long mission to spread Chi-Town love took him to Good Morning America this morning. Host Robin Roberts had the pleasure of introducing Chance and his collaborators — Francis Starlite and Peter Cottontale — before he performed Coloring Book highlight “Summer Friends.”
Chance’s year hasn’t been great just because of Coloring Book‘s near-unanimous acclaim. The Chicagoan performed a tremendous Muhammad Ali tribute at the ESPYs, had the best verse on Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo, and met President Barack Obama. He has a tour ahead of him, too; find the concert dates here and watch his Good Morning America performance (and his interview) below.
