Blood Orange stopped by Conan last night, where he performed two tracks from the just-released (and SPIN Essential) Freetown Sound: “Augustine” and “Thank You.” The moving performance included a photo tribute to Terrance Mack and Philando Castile (victims of police shootings), and the murdered Turkish transgender activist Hande Kader. Dev Hynes began the show sitting at a white piano, while two dancers did their thing behind him. Later, Hynes got up to dance himself during “Thank You.” Watch below.
