Watch Blood Orange Perform ‘Augustine’ and ‘Thank You’ on ‘Conan’

The poignant set paid tribute to Terrance Mack, Philando Castile, and Turkish transgender activist Hande Kader

Blood Orange stopped by Conan last night, where he performed two tracks from the just-released (and SPIN Essential) Freetown Sound: “Augustine” and “Thank You.” The moving performance included a photo tribute to Terrance Mack and Philando Castile (victims of police shootings), and the murdered Turkish transgender activist Hande Kader. Dev Hynes began the show sitting at a white piano, while two dancers did their thing behind him. Later, Hynes got up to dance himself during “Thank You.” Watch below.
