Future and frequent collaborator DJ Esco are leaning hard into the O.J. Simpson murder trial theme. Their new video for “Juice,” from last month’s E.T.: Esco Terrestrial mixtape, opens with news footage of Simpson’s face as his not guilty verdict was read in court. From there, the camera cuts to a pristine white Ford Bronco, which Esco soon finds himself using as a getaway car.
The video is new, but “Juice” was already a point of contention for Future’s ex-fiancée, Ciara. According to documents filed in her defamation lawsuit, Ciara interprets one of the song’s lines as a threat against her husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
