The slate of upcoming inaugural fall festivals is stacked with the New York City version of Roots Picnic and Queens’ Meadows Music & Arts Festival both debuting this October. The Sound on Sound Fest is another new one, taking place in Texas, but will nonetheless feature an impressive and diverse lineup.
SOS Fest will host performances by Young Thug, Courtney Barnett, Mac DeMarco, Beach House, Phantogram, Death Grips, and White Lung, in addition to a huge number of other noteworthy acts. The legendary punk group Descendents, who’ve returned this year after a 12-year hiatus, are also scheduled to perform.
The Sound on Sound Fest will take place from November 4 through 6 at Sherwood Forest Faire, which is near Austin, Texas. Marvel at the list of performers below. Tickets are now on sale.
