Sampha is a name we haven’t heard from in a while. The electro-soul singer’s Dual EP came out in 2013, and he collaborated with big names like Drake (“Too Much”), SBTRKT (“Hold On”), and more. Now Sampha is back with an excellent new single called “Timmy’s Prayer,” which comes with a message. “It’s been a while,” he says via Twitter. “I’ve had a lot to process these past couple of years, as we all do, and it’s hard to articulate sometimes. I wanted to say thank you to all the people who’ve shown me so much love and support. I’m looking forward to start sharing my music with you again.”
