Garbage are a couple of weeks out from releasing their sixth studio album, Strange Little Birds, and so far we’ve heard one single from the record, “Empty.” Now, the alt-pop legends have released a whirligig video for said single, complete with flashing strobe lights, rotating camera-work, and propulsive special effects.
