Coldplay, the band that’s game for anything whether or not they fit into that thing, gave the Late Show With Stephen Colbert some extra content during their guest appearance last night.
Chris Martin decided to pen some lyrics to the Late Show‘s theme song, which ended up being more melodic scatting than actual words, but at least his band also threw in a live performance. The band did two songs from A Head Full of Dreams: “Hymn for the Weekend” without Beyoncé and an eight-minute web exclusive rendition of “Up & Up.” Watch Coldplay do its Coldplay thing below.
