Having finally finished The Life of Pablo, Kanye West is preparing for a tour, beginning with a performance at Paradise International Music Festival in Manila, Philippines last night. The set included debut live performances of Pablo songs like “Famous,” “Waves,” and “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 2,” as well as older material including “Black Skinhead” and “All of the Lights.” And yes, that line from “Famous” got a huge crowd reaction.
Other headliners at the one-day Paradise festival included Afrojack, Rudimental, Young Money/Cash Money signee Austin Mahone, and, uh, Wiz Khalifa.
The only upcoming Kanye performance that’s currently confirmed is June 5 at Governors Ball in New York City, but if this tweet is anything to go by, expect that to change soon. Watch clips of Kanye’s performance below, starting with two views of “Famous.”
