The 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards took place last night, during which Nashville singer-songwriter Eric Church performed his Mr. Misunderstood single “Record Year.” His set also included a tribute to late rock icons David Bowie, Scott Weiland, Motörhead’s Lemmy, and the Eagles’ Glenn Frey, with a DJ and a backing band segueing into snippets of tracks like “Ace Of Spades,” “Changes,” and “Fame.” Watch via Billboard.
