Ariana Grande Banters With Lil Wayne on New Slow Jam ‘Let Me Love You’

The song is the latest advance release from her upcoming 'Dangerous Woman'

There was a time not that long ago when having Lil Wayne on your single was the shortest path to pop mega-success. Ariana Grande is hoping 2009 is here again with the release of her latest Dangerous Woman advance cut, “Let Me Love You.” The sultry-ish ballad — possibly about Grande moving on from former celebrity paramour Big Sean (“I just broke up with my ex… But I ain’t even trippin'”) — features a Weezy guest verse, in which the rapper offers “I said ‘Girl, you need a Hot Boy’ / She said, ‘You need to stop f**kin’ with them thots, boy.'”

It’s not quite irresistible, but it’s mildly alluring. Listen here, via Pitchfork.
