‘CMT Crossroads’ Announces Upcoming Pairings, Including Nick Jonas With Thomas Rhett

Following in the footsteps of 2014’s genre-swapping Kacey Musgraves and Katy Perry CMT Crossroads — seriously, if you haven’t seen it, it’ll be the best new hour of TV you watch this week — the country network has announced a new slate of sonic mashups for 2016. On March 24, Cheap Trick and Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles will perform together at 11 p.m. EST, and later this summer, pairings will include Jason Derulo and Luke Bryan; Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett; and Rob Thomas and Charles Kelley. Keep an eye out for all those Crossroads episodes as the year progresses.
