The legendary producer and musician Brian Eno, arguably responsible for shaping a major subset of modern pop music, has just unveiled the lush, lengthy title track from his upcoming album The Ship. Clocking in at more than 21 minutes, “The Ship” is a minimal piece of sweeping soundscape, allowing each note, each instrument to elongate and — in every sense of the word – breathe.
