The lineup for the 2016 Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival is out, and Bon Iver, James Blake, and Grateful Dead Superjam are among the big names set to take the stage of the Justin Vernon-curated event over August 12 and 13 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
