Coldplay’s Chris Martin Makes James Corden Drive Him to the Super Bowl in Latest Carpool Karaoke

Martin covers David Bowie's "Heroes" during the ride

Late Late Show Host and all-around good bloke James Corden was just going out for a little drive on his day off when Coldplay frontman Chris Martin commandeered his car for a trip to the Super Bowl. Or at least, that’s the premise of the latest Carpool Karaoke. During the bit, Corden and Martin sing along to some of Coldplay’s biggest hits, including “Adventure of a Lifetime,” “Hymn for the Weekend,” “Yellow,” and “Viva La Vida,” and demonstrate fuzzy understandings of the rules of American football. Martin also covers the late David Bowie’s classic song “Heroes” on a toy piano. Watch below, and look for Coldplay (and Beyoncé) during the Super Bowl halftime show on February 7, and Corden when he hosts the Tony Awards this June.
