Vince Staples gets a little low-key supernatural in the video for “Lift Me Up,” a menacing cut from the Long Beach rapper’s stellar 2015 mainstream breakthrough, Summertime ’06. After opening with the LP’s intro, “Ramona Park Legend Pt. 1,” the video focuses on seagulls and Staples himself, who lies on or levitates above the ground as the camera floats and spins above him.
