Billy Joel was a busy man during his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon yesterday, as the iconic pianist performed three songs over the course of the show. He serenaded the audience with a stirring performance of his classic hit, “Scenes From an Italian Restaurant,” and got Jimmy Fallon and the Roots to join him for a cover of the Rolling Stones’ “Beast of Burden.” During a commercial break, Joel, Fallon, and actor J.K.
