Pimp C Posthumous Album ‘Long Live the Pimp’ Due in December

UGK founding member Pimp C passed away in 2007, but on occasion posthumous material has surfaced from the Texas hip-hop icon. In December, Mass Appeal records will release a whole record’s worth of unreleased work from the rapper/producer called Long Live the Pimp. It’ll be the first full-length collection of new material from C since 2011’s Still Pimping.

That album’s out December 4, but to tide you over until then, Mass Appeal has shared “3 Way Freak,” a slinking collection of extraterrestrial synthesizers and clattering percussion featuring Lil Wayne. Listen here and check out the track list below.
