Canadian quartet Metric released their sixth studio album Pagans in Vegas in September, and this weekend they’ll continue their glittering evocations of the American West for an episode of Guitar Center Sessions. The show airs this Friday, but today they’re premiering a pulsating performance of “Gold Guns Girls” from their 2009 record Fantasies. Singer Emily Haines glides atop thrashing guitar solos and throbbing drums, while harmonies and flashing lights round out the background.
