U2 Bring Up Noel Gallagher for ‘I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For’ and Beatles Singalong

Because all legendary rock stars ever do is play at one another’s concerts, Hall-of-Famers U2 brought out Britpop legend Noel Gallagher for a duet in London last night. Introducing him as “the High-Flying Bird himself” (that’s what he’s most famous for, yep), Bono proceeded to perform a gorgeous duet with Noel on the Joshua Tree classic “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.” But rather than take the moment to just worship one another — and the frontman did claim the elder Gallagher bro to be “one of my heroes… one of the band’s heroes” — the two also paid tribute to an even higher power, leading an audience singalong in The Beatles’ “All You Need Is Love.”

Watch here, and hope that Bono can return the favor with a “Wonderwall” cameo during the inevitable Oasis reunion of 2023.
