British pop-rock export the 1975 have a new album impacting in Q1 of next year — they’re calling it I Like It When You Sleep For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It, which, if it works for them, cool — and they’ve teased that album with a very funky new single called “Love Me.” A track that wouldn’t be out of place on any Neon Indian record, albeit with more heavily U.K.-accented vocals, “Love Me” shows the band loosening their grip on accomplishing much of anything beyond the sprawling, joyous fun of making good tunes.
