Ryan Adams stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live last night to perform “Welcome to New York,” which comes from his recent album-long tribute to Taylor Swift’s pop opus, 1989. Set in Brooklyn, as opposed to its usual location in Los Angeles, Kimmel hosted Adams on a stage appropriately offset with subway stair models emblazoned with signs to ride the “J K L” train(s).
