Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ singer Karen O just gave birth to her first child, and now she’s lent her voice to the opening titles of the upcoming Starz TV show Flesh and Bone with a cover of the 1984 Animotion single “Obsession.” It’s available via Vanity Fair, and per them:
Created by Breaking Bad alum Moira Walley-Beckett, the series goes inside an elite ballet company to show the gritty, real work that’s required to create such graceful dances. Trained ballerina Sarah Hay stars in a cast that includes many veterans of world-renowned ballet companies—so the breathtaking dancing you see in these credits will continue in the show itself. Flesh and Bone premieres on Starz November 8.
