Deerhunter’s essential new LP Fading Frontier comes out this Friday, October 16, but today they’ve shared a video for the track that gives the record its title “Living My Life.” The track’s a lilting pitch warped evocation of delicate Americana, not dissimilar from frontman Bradford Cox’s genteel work on the last Atlas Sound record, and the video evokes similar feelings. Band members sulk around, hang with a dog, and play with an American flag before the whole thing dissolves into abstract shapes and colors. Watch it here in advance of the album’s release on 4AD.
