Young Thug’s back with “She Notice Me,” an uncharacteristically quick and swaggering track from SPIN‘s 2014 Rapper of the Year. The 23-year-0ld swaps between his syrupy warbling and some scratchy, half-howled bars about bedroom exploits and cars he’s bought for himself.
