The BBC has shared a new trailer for Daft Punk Unchained, a new documentary about the seminal electronic duo that offers an unprecedented look behind the masks. The French film, which originally aired on Canal+, is now getting a translated, worldwide release via the BBC, though the exact release date has yet to be revealed.
The one-minute trailer for “the first ever documentary film on the most secretive duo in the world” features plenty of behind-the-scenes and archival footage of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel De Homem-Christo hidden beneath various masks. Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Nile Rodgers, and Paul Williams also make appearances praising the trailblazing artists. Watch the trailer here.
