Maynard James Keenan’s irreverent alt-metal project Puscifer are set to release their third studio album next month and today, along with a lengthy interview with Rolling Stone, they’ve shared that record’s title track “Money Shot.” It’s about what you’ve come to expect from the band: careening instrumental exercises and eyes-rolled vocalizations from Keenan himself.
Chatting with Rolling Stone, Keenan also offered a cryptic (and possibly shady) update on Tool’s in-progress album. “I write lyrics and melodies to music,” he says. “If I don’t have music, I can’t.”
