PC Music member Life Sim has released a brand-new, gorgeously blipping track, “IDL.” It’s the avant-art collective’s first new music since Dux Content’s (A.G. Cook and Danny L Harle) “Snow Globe.” According to a press release, director Daniel Swan (RL Grime, M.I.A.) says of the clip, which contains brief flashes of images from movies including Paper Towns, the Twilight series, and the upcoming Maze Runner: The Scorched Earth Trials, “Drifting towards earth and through the blockbuster emotions threaded through it, the video for ‘IDL’ is made up of single clips from a rainbow of random post-y2k motion pictures.” Watch it here.
