Trollphace, Hula Hooping, and More Madness on Day 1 Of Nocturnal Wonderland

The first day of the festival was busy at Upside Down Twisted by Toyota.

Nocturnal Wonderland is, well, just that. For three days, the San Manuel Amphitheater is the home to a bevy of creatures nocturnal and neon, as EDM fans gather to see some of the world’s top-tier DJs. Friday was only the beginning, but at the Downside Up Twisted by Toyota Tent, things were in full swing from jump. SPIN brought out the Hooptown Hotties, who started the day off with a hooping workshop, Plastic Plates followed suit with a set that got the kids dancing, and Trollphace, hot off his “Burial” remix with Skrillex, got the crowds ready to dance before the headliners took to the main stages.

The night ended with the Hotties performing one of their signature LED hoop routines, and that’s just the beginning of the SPIN experience at Nocturnal. Stay tuned for all the madness that goes on over days two and three.
