Foo Fighters Played ‘Bad Moon Rising’ During the Supermoon Eclipse

The next supermoon lunar eclipse isn’t until 2033, so the Foo Fighters decided to celebrate the rare event with a very well-timed cover of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Bad Moon Rising.” Playing a Sunday night show in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dave Grohl cut out a performance of “Arlandria” mid-song to talk about the eclipse, according to setlist.fm. They then launched into what may be one of the most appropriate and singular covers of all time. Check it out.
