Blur ‘Broadcast’ Compiled Fan Clips for New Music Video

Perhaps one of the reasons that Blur are able to get along better as a band now than they did 20 years ago is that they aren’t required to show up for their music videos anymore. No need for sullen guitarist Graham Coxon to sulk through the “Universal” shoot in the corner anymore; now the band just films cooking shows or gets a Chinese folk dance troupe to do their choreography for them and calls it a day. For their latest clip, for Magic Whip highlight “I Broadcast,” the band crowdsources the visual to their fans, splicing together dozens of home-produced videos for one delightful collage, prominently featuring kiddie guitarists, the Whip album cover, and of course, the cutest anthropomorphic milk carton in MTV history.
