Montage of Heck director Brett Morgen has been teasing all sorts of new material for the film’s theatrical re-release. That’s now underway, so some of those tidbits are starting to see the light of day. As Alternative Nation points out (via Stereogum), a fan captured the unreleased Kurt Cobain solo song that soundtracks the film’s closing credits. Because of both the demo quality and the cell phone footage its hard to make out exactly what’s going on, but there’s a sort of “Frances Farmer Has Her Revenge on Seattle”-gone-full-Pixies creep to it.
