DeJ Loaf dropped a pair of new tracks on her Soundcloud account, and from the very top, she’d like a word.
“You thought ‘Try Me’ was the only song I had, huh?” she asks.
While that already wasn’t literally true (she does have an album out after all), “I Got Problems” and “You Don’t Know Me” go a long way to distill just a bit of the contagiousness of that Drake-approved track. Both DDS-produced tracks creep and crawl on a bed of electric pianos and stuttered handclaps. Check them out here.
