A$AP Rocky is being sued by a fan who claims she fractured her spine as a result of a crowd surfing accident at a concert two years ago. According to TMZ, Krystina Clowes is seeking at least $75,000 to make up for the incident, and says that she may never fully recover from the injury. Thing is, it wasn’t actually A$AP Rocky who pulled a Miguel. Clowes was at a 2013 A$AP Ferg concert when A$AP Mob’s Young Shabba leapt into the crowd and landed on her. Clowes claims that the entire group has history of stage diving and therefore they should all be held responsible.

Pitchfork notes that A$AP Mob is being sued by another fan who claims she was injured by Ferg at a 2013 concert in Los Angeles.
