Emmy Nominations 2015: Foo Fighters’ ‘Sonic Highways’ and ‘Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck’

The 2015 Emmy nominations are out, and while most of them aren’t music related, a handful of the lesser-advertised categories are. Foo Fighters‘ HBO show Sonic Highways is nominated four times, and the first official Kurt Cobain documentary, which debuted on HBO last May, Montage of Heck, is up for seven. Beyoncé and JAY Z On The Run even made it in for Outstanding Special Class Program.
