James Corden is quickly, quietly proving himself as one of the country’s best late night hosts, especially when it comes to booking musical guests — and not treating them as if they’re only there for a wave and a song. During last night’s episode of the Late Late Show, Corden did a round of his now-virally famous “Carpool Karaoke” with A$AP Rocky and Rod Stewart, who apparently forgot to call Miguel before launching into a rendition of their At.Long.Last.A$AP cut “Everyday.”
Later in the episode, Best Coast turned up to perform California Nights standout “Feeling Ok,” for which there’s also a pretty spectacular, tongue-in-cheek video that premiered via Apple Music last week.
